Troubleshoot error "The data connection uses windows authentication and user credentials could not be delegated"

Answer

The easier solution is if the Microsoft "Geneva" Claims to Windows Token Service is not running on the machine. Start this service from the services control panel

A solução mais fácil é se o Microsoft "Geneva" diz que o Windows Token Service não está rodando na máquina. Inicie o serviço através do painel de controle de serviços.
