I get "The size specified for a binding was too small" error on import.

Answer

This happens when the data in a column is too large for PowerPivot to bind to.

Post-CTP3, this limit has been increased to 128KB. If you have a column with individual values > 128 KB, you should exclude that column at import time.

Isso acontece quando os dados em uma coluna é muito grande para o PowerPivot fazer o bind. Após o CTP3 este tamanho foi aumentado para 128K. Se você possui uma coluna que tenha valores individuais com mais de 128 KB, você deve excluir esta coluna em tempo de importação.
